The purpose of ACCL is to participate in the rehabilitation monitoringevaluation and construction process of Afghanistan provide special engineering services to community government donor agencies and private companies. Through this ACCL would like to support and contribute construction and rehabilitation activities in Afghanistan with direct cooperation with the government and donors.ACCL has enough qualified technical experienced staff who has conducted many efforts in construction sector inside Afghanistan.The Chief Executive Officer CEO of ACCL is Eng. Homayoun WAFA who has got his B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering from Ningarhar University in 2000 and his EMBA from Preston University in Pakistan in 2005. The CEO has adequate qualification and more than 9 years experiences in the said sector and has work with many organizations in the pasts.
