1- Mohammad Masoud (S): 1st Question: In your announced RFP No. KBL-038-DAI-WIE (Provision of Finance Corps Mentorship and Management Service) page # 19 (8.2 Attachment B: Proposal Cover Letter) you asked for the proposal's total price, Even though you did not provided detailed information and proper template on page # 20 (8.3 Attachment C: Budget Sample) to help us calculate the proposal's total price. So how does it work? Should we make a total of page # 20 (8.3 Attachment C: Budget Sample) and reflect it as our total price for this proposal? 2nd Question: What would be the approximate size of your target business clients (# of employees), because it will help our proposal developing team to have a clear picture of the project? 3rd Question: Does WIE recommend any specific financial system, software of preference for those businesses, which needs to be considered by financial service providers under this project? 4th Question: As per the needs of the businesses, can we purchase some accounting software e.g. quick book, under this project? If yes, how to include that in the budget, since the provided budget template (page # 20, 8.3 Attachment C: Budget Sample) doesn’t have such kind of budget line items. 5th Question: Approximately, how often WIE will release order for the service/ per month and how many mentors will be required/ per province?    22-Jun-2018 6:08 PM

2- procurement (B): Please only fill out the fully burdened daily rates. As this is a BPA, we will only need the fully burdened daily rates, as total price will be dependent on the Release Orders issued by DAI/WIE. The template supplied is sufficient. Businesses are expected to have between 1 and 20 employees- however, for proposal development, this is irrelevant, as DAI/WIE, in coordination with the selected offeror, will determine how many days for each consultant are necessary for each release order. DAI/WIE does not have any specific financial system, and many businesses may use paper ledgers for their accounting. As mentioned earlier, ONLY the items in the table are necessary. Please do not try to budget for items not included in the table. DAI/WIE is only interested in the items listed.
