Moisture & volatile matter % in Saffron 4. Total Ash % (on dry basis) in Saffron 5. Acid-insoluble ash % (on dry basis) in Saffron 6. Solubility in cold water % (on dry basis) 7. Total Nitrogen % (on dry basis) 8. Crude Fiber % (on dry basis) 9. Flavor strength (expressed as Picocrocin) 10. Aroma strength (expressed as Safranal) 11.
