1- Waheeda (S): What is the minimum number of lunch and refreshments that will be ordered and what will be the maximum at one time? and do you mean that 1600 lunches and refreshments will be used in 6 months? thank you 15-Dec-2018 2:30 PM
AWLEprocurement (B): Dear Offeror, Section 11.Technical Specifications and requirements for Technical Acceptability, clearly says, 1600 teachers, each training will be for 12 days and these 1600 teachers will be trained in batches of 35-300 teachers at a time. So, (1600*12=19200 lunch), the same for refreshment. The duration of this BPA is 6 months. 16-Dec-2018 8:58 AM
2- Zaki (S): Dear Sir/ Madam, The real supplier for meal services legally function under Municipality Directorate ( Jawaz Faliat ) the work certificate; you are kindly asked to let us know if it is enough to provide you the work certificate ( Jawaz Faliat ) as legal document. 3- Zaki (S): Dear Sir/ Madam, as per tax legal provision appeared in #72, it is 2%. Because legally we operate under government permission and it is still a legal certificate please make it sure and you are so kind if confirm the case with us. our current business partners withhold only 2 % tax with Jawaz Faliat certificate. the soonest response would be appreciated 19-Dec-2018 10:24 AM
