4- Shah Wali (S): Hello Dear Sir/Madam, After going through the RFQ-KBL-143, we found the below questions to be kindly answered. It will help us to prepare the quotation properly. In attachment B: Technical Specifications (line 4) 4) Scripts in English and Pashto, with the same content as Dari. Does it mean that the original videos are recorded in Dari and needs to be narrated in Dari, Pashto and English or how? Vendor expected to complete following tasks: 2,3, & 4 lines, We are confused about the videos. Are the original videos are in Dari (10 videos of 15 min) and the other tow parts (Pashto & English) has to be the same contents and just needs to narrated with Pashto and English or each part has separated video recording materials? or how? 5- procurement (B): There are no videos- all recorded materials are audio files only. As stated in the RFQ, interviews in Dari are recorded- the narrator part will need to be recorded and mixed with the original interviews, and a script and instructions shall be provided. For Pashto and English, the scripts shall be provided to the vendor, who shall record, mix and edit the audio files, and return the finished product to DAI/WIE as per the RFQ instructions.
