Could you Please advice for below questions regarding the RFQ-153 1- Page number 10 , No 06 on Generator type you have mentioned 88 KVA but on Service/item you have mentioned 275 KVA could you Please clear which one is Correct to Quote you properly. 2- Secondly regarding Services as you have mentioned we will Quote as per Unit Price that will cover only the Service with Changing Filters , engine Oil , Washing of Generator , Cleaning of Radiator . Suppose you have an Emergency Shutdown and you need our Team to Check and Trouble shoot your Generator how we should charge it ? The capacity, make and model is not sufficient, we need the Engine Numbers and Serial Numbers, As the generator capacity does not tell you what type of engine is installed, The generators has different type of engine, therefore we need these information.
