Entrepreneurship Toolkit (Dastyar) Rollout

1- Sadiq (S): As a potential bidder, we have a few questions: 1. Can a copy of the Dastyar Toolkit be provided before we bid? We feel it is needed to make sure we design the most relevant curriculum for Level 1 and Level 2 pieces of training and providing our approach for designing the curriculum. 2. The RFP document on page 18 says "The subcontractor will also provide a basic lunch for 15 participants; trainers’ and assistants’ lunches must be budgeted separately and packaged into trainers’ daily rates." Can you please elaborate on this part "Lunches must be budgeted separately and packaged into trainers’ daily rates" 3. Is it necessary that the trainers are selected from the province where training takes place, or trainers can be sent from the other province? 28-May-2019 11:08 PM
AWLEprocurement (B): A set of Dastyar hard copy will be given to interested bidders on coming Monday June 3rd, 2019 from 9:00AM to 2:00PM at WIE H.Q, ( Please contact this number for address 0785876997) The interested bidders should send their telephone number, company name to the following email address AWLE_procurement@promote-WIE.com by June 2nd 2019 COB 3:30 PM. 2. It is clear, you should budget basic lunch for 15 participants in the separate line item in the provided excel sheet, and trainers and assistant trainer lunch should be included in their daily rate. 3. 5- Matt (S): This is somewhat related to Seller 1's question number 3. Our question is how much flexibility there will be in scheduling training dates in the various regions? If we plan to use one trainer for several different trainings in different regions, we would need to make sure that the trainings aren't schedule simultaneously. 09-Jun-2019 5:41 PM
AWLEprocurement (B): We will be planning training as we identify audiences. There will be times when multiple training happens at the same time, there will be times only one training happening in one place. That is why, in the RFP, we have asked for minimum of two resumes of trainers per region so that successful vendor does not run out of trainers and WIE can implement multiple training at same time. 10-Jun-2019 10:11 AM
