5- procurement (B): At this stage of the project implementation only training resulting with job placement is allowed under the Workforce Development Component and this APS. Business ideas, and start-ups require significant time to be implemented and can not be accepted at this stage of the project implementations. 19-Sep-2019 1:08 PM
6- procurement (B): In accordance with program parameters as stated in the APS WIE will not accept concept notes from organizations seeking funding to train women for livelihood, work at home and self-employment activities.
