Description

DAI, the implementer of the USAID-funded Women in the Economy (WIE) project invites qualified offerors to submit proposals to supply and deliver recruitment, training, logistics and administrative support for Job Readiness Training in support of program implementation.

2- seddiqa (S): Is having provincial office/regional office compulsory? it will increase the cost of operation very much.    18-May-2017 1:20 PM

3- seddiqa (S): will there be payments to participants at provincial level for their transportation if they attend from places other than provincial centers?    18-May-2017 1:21 PM

AWLEprocurement (B): The trainings can be in any province at any time during the contract period and based on WIE's demands. The overall period of performance for mentioned project is until April 2019.    21-May-2017 4:06 PM

5- seddiqa (S): Having provincial team at the same time for all provinces, that may include at least 2-3 persons, may be very costly, will DA/WIE cooperate to work these training one after another with giving enough time for the vendor to move staff from one central zone to different provinces. this will decrease the number of permanent staff and so the operation cost of the project.    18-May-2017 1:45 PM
