1- Said Wahid (S): Dear Sir/Madam, For Technical Proposal, we couldn't find any format. Do you require completing Annex F (Past Performance Form) as the tech proposal (and include the sample graphic works) or you require in a specific format to explain A to Z (including approach/methodology, activities, timeline....) ? 09-Feb-2020 12:55 PM
2- procurement (B): Dear sir/madam DAI/WIE does not provide any format to follow for technical proposals. Please follow instructions in the pages 8 and 9 of the RFP for preparing your technical proposals. However please maintain within the page limit provided in the RFP. Yes, Annex F is required for past performance. We will prefer that you provide your sample graphics work in their original file format (PDF, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) with all the complete layers; i.e., colors, fonts, die-cuts, etc. Thank you 10-Feb-2020 2:23 PM
3- Mustafa (S): Dear Sir/Ma'am, could you please provide some information regarding the following queries: 1: name of the companies or we have to choose a name by ourselves? 2: businesses brand names and are trademarked or not? 3: net contents, ingredients for both products in addition to nutritional value for the biscuit. 4: As per producer what purpose does this soap serves (cleaning agent or glowing and etc) because as per FDA is if you say moisturizing bar then the soap will be considered as cosmetics, not a household item or consumer product we need this information so we could prepare the label for it. 5: labling and packaging on us or you? 6: promotional policies of the producers. 12-Feb-2020 11:57 AM
AWLEprocurement (B): Dear sir/madam 1. name of companies will be provided only to winning bidder. The two companies we are working with are already established businesses and have names. 2. Businesses brand names are not trademarked but this will have no implication for implementation of the resultant subcontract. 3. Net content, ingredient, nutritional value for the biscuit will be provided after award of a subcontract to successful bidder. At this point, they will not make any difference to your proposal, we believe. 4. The soap serve as cleaning agent and glowing, both. But again, knowing this fact will have no impact on preparation of your proposals at this point. 5. The work announced under this specific RFP requires technical assistance of successful bidder to prepare the types of designs work specified in the RFP. Subcontractor will not be doing any printing work under this RFP. Successful subcontractor will only need to provide technical assistance specified in the RFP. 6.
