SearchPath, one of the top recruitment networks in the world is establishing privately owned search and career services providers in Afghanistan. SearchPath seeks to partner with 15-20 dynamic women entre-preneurs to own and lead recruitment franchise organizations across Afghanistan. This specially subsi-dized program will create a sustainable model to enable the SearchPath recruitment entrepreneurs to find and place highly skilled workers for employers, while simultaneously developing their own careers and that of others. This program will provide a platform through which women may start successful small business ventures. It will provide career development training to improve women’s ability to connect with and successfully market themselves to employers.
