ACEBADCOP (B): Fuel test certificate from Afghanistan National Standard Authority can be provided after the award is made, however, companies who already have it are encouraged to include it in their RFQ submission package. 08-Jul-2020 1:57 PM
2- Jameel (S): Dear Sir/Madam, we don't have Shahdarak greenzone entrance card or certificate, is this possible we get this card after winning the award because it is not possible to get this card without any purpose or contract. 07-Jul-2020 2:16 PM
ACEBADCOP (B): Companies who wish to bid for this award must already have Green zone/Shashdarak entrance permission card. The purpose of obtaining the card can be an opportunity for the fuel delivery agreement. 08-Jul-2020 1:58 PM

ACEBADCOP (B): As stated in the RFQ Synopsis, Article number 7: Anticipated award type for this procurement is Blanket Purchase Agreement for 6 months with an optional 6 months (12 months in total). Issuance of this RFQ in no way obligates DAI to award a subcontract or BPA and bidders will not be reimbursed for any costs associated with the preparation of their quote.
