2- Samim (S): Good day! We have gone through the RFQ, but there is no complete specification of the ACs. As the devices need one-year warranty, the normal Samsung or other brand ACs will not be able to function well with low voltage electricity in Jalalabad, but the inverter technology ACs could be a good choice. Therefore, please let us know whether the bids will be evaluated based on low price or quality and feathers of the proposed devices. Thanks 25-Jul-2020 12:06 PM
