DAI is issuing this call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Afghanistan Competitiveness for Export-Based Businesses Activity (ACEBA) located in Kabul, Afghanistan. The work will include use of remote sensing imagery and data to develop maps and other data visualization tools for all regions of Afghanistan to aid decision-making; and acquisition of remote sensing and geographic information data by using satellite imagery, reference libraries, and other methods to support work planning and execution.

There are many images available which are available free, buts it will not produce well detail data, while if they ask to procure good quality images, it will be very costly. In case it is responsibility of the vendo, how will it access the available sattelite imagery, reference libraries, etc. for acquisition of high quality and detailed images?
