ACEBA seeks to strengthen the supply of quality goat cashmere and sheeps’ wool to the Afghan cashmere and carpet value chains by improving awareness of good animal husbandry practices among herders. The overall objective of this activity is to increase the quality and quantity of goat cashmere harvested and sold to cashmere exporters and processors in Afghanistan, and to increase the production and sale of quality sheep wool for carpet production to supply the carpet industry.
