4- Masood (S): 1. What does “Contracting selected candidates on behalf of DAI/WIE on either monthly or milestone-based contracts” means? Will they be WIE employees or ACE employees working on WIE behalf? The contact will be under the name of ACE or WIE? 2. Regarding the payment for milestone-based contracts, how would we be notified for the completion of the milestone? Who would be responsible for acknowledging and taking the responsibility for the milestone? 3. What would be the level of employees? Low, mid or high level managers? 4. AWLEprocurement (B): Please do not identify your company on this site. The employee will be contracted by the subcontractor/vendor. WIE will notify the BPA holder of the successful completion of milestones. Most employees are lower-level employees, though there may be higher-level consultants. Positions could be anywhere in Afghanistan, and the positions that candidates may be needed for are not yet known. Release orders and information on positions will be released as needed under the BPA.    16-Aug-2017 3:21 PM

5- Umar (S): Please share expected number of employees as new hires (task A) and expected number of employees for payroll processing (task B). Please advise if rates are quoted in slabs e.g. 1-50 employees, 51-100 employees etc.    12-Aug-2017 12:47 PM

AWLEprocurement (B): Rates are not quoted in slabs, but per employee. There is no expected number of employees at the moment, which is why an extremely flexible mechanism such as a BPA is required.    16-Aug-2017 3:22 PM
