3- Wali (S): Hello Sir/ Madam, Good afternoon I would like to request you that clarify below points prior submission of offer. 1) It’s possible to visit your DGs in Kabul & regional offices prior offer submission (This inspection will be free of charges) if yes please send Address and POCs. 2) In page No. 09 you have mentioned that Price should be given firm fixed price and shall include all parts, labor, installation, testing, supervision and transportation. Subjected Jobs and parts are for Schedule items and we will give firm fixed Price for it but what about non-schedule Spare parts (such as water pump, fuel pump, injectors etc….) installation, testing price ? 3) Last year we have participated in your tender, we have faced with uploading problem and contacted Afghan Bids help desk, their representative told me that you upload your documents, if any document missed due to uploading problem we will contact you. I was waiting and followed up till end of closing date of offer, when I contacted for updates, your office said that your documents was not completed. So to eliminate such problem, is there any chance to submit sealed and stamped offer direct to your office or to Afghan bids office ? we don’t want to lose this opportunity.
