Having read the RFQ, we have the following questions, and would be grateful if you could provide us with your clarifications so that we could prepare our quotation accordingly: 1. Can you clarify the meaning of price schedule item #4: bottles of 0.5-liter water - are you looking for empty bottles or mineral water? 2. Can you clarify the purpose of item #5: Plastic Bag - is it for packing or something else? 3. Since we are not registered in SAM and obtaining SAM registration and DUNS number is a long process, considering the limited time we have, is it possible to bid without meeting this requirement? Besides that, it is stated in your RFQ that obtaining SAM and DUNS number is not applicable for contract value less than USD 35,000. Given the tight timeline, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with your clarifications at your earliest convenience. 2- Mohammad (B): Thanks for the questions. Following is the required clarification; 1. ACEBA needs mineral water of 0.5 lit. 2. Plastic Bag Yes, it is for packing. 3. Yes, the UEI # does not apply to contract value less than USD 30,000. Note: If the proposed price does not exceed USD 30,000.00, then UEI is not required; however, if the proposed price exceeds USD 30,000.00, then UEI must be submitted, or proof of application must be submitted.
