Is it necessary for venue to be within city or locations like Jalalabad Road or bit far can be recommended? Can vendor as Enterprise and manufacturing entity participate and showcase their product and services in this event? 2- procurement (B): Dear vendor, booth and furniture details are written in the RFQ. Venue within city center easy accessible for women is preference as clearly mentioned in the RFQ. If you are selected for this RFQ: You can participate in displaying your product or services in an extra booth and not using our required number of booths and other facilities (Your product and services shall be pre-approved by WIE). 07-Nov-2017 10:45 AM

4- procurement (B): The table in Annex C is an indicative table- additional line items for items such as lunch, cleaners, etc. may be added as required by the RFQ and Offeror's negotiations with potential venues. There is information on page 12 regarding the maximum cost per vendor for lunch.
