ARIA MEDICA is seeking logistic services from a well-established and experienced logistic company for its operations in Kabul. The services are required on daily basis, 7 days a week. The goods, pharmaceuticals, to be transported are stored in our warehouse in Pule- Charkhi and have to be transported and delivered to our clients in the following three districts: Koti Sangi, Khair Khana and Dashte Barchi. Interested logistic service providers are invited to submit a proposal to provide to ARIA MEDICA the services listed in this Request for Proposal (RFP). ARIA MEDICA is seeking a partner who shows flexibility in developing a distribution plan and adjust this whenever required as we start now and in the upcoming months when we expand our operations covering Kabul and the major cities of the country. In the initial stage the SOW includes: - Receive pharmaceuticals from our warehouse in Pule-Charkhi (Jalalabad road), upload to your vehicles, transport and deliver to our clients in the following three districts of Kabul: PD5 Koti Sangi; PD11 Khair Khana; PD13 Dashte Barchi on daily basis. - The good needs to be distributed to the following number of individual clients as per location: PD5 Koti Sangi: ca. 90 PD11 Khair Khana: ca. 120 PD13 Dashte Barchi: ca. 90
