Dr. Saba an Afghan Canadian National holds M.Sc. degree in Economic Geology and a Ph.D. degree in Earth Sciences with over 25 years of experience in international development natural resources and environmental management with a focus in Afghanistan. He has worked with many international firms and implemented projects in most of the provinces of Afghanistan. Dr. Saba has served as the Human Development Advisor to the President of Afghanistan and recently as the governor of Herat province which provided him with a thorough knowledge of development issues and management. Mr. Ghani Pasthun Afghan National holds a Master degree in International Relations with 15 years extensive experience in program management Human Resource Management Quality Assurance Monitoring and Evaluation Finance Management and is an operation system specialist. Well experienced in most of the provinces in Afghanistan implementedleaded largest programs for USAID DFID UN WFP Dutch Government and other donors in Afghanistan and abroad. Mr. Pashtun is currently the Chief Executive Officer to ASR. He has managed the WFP Monitoring assessment program in 8 provinces He worked for International Relief Development UNICEF UN Mine Action ACDI VOCA CRS IPPF AECOM International USAID Chemonics and several other international organizations.
