The RCS team comprises of national and international professionals from various fields contributes decades of diverse developmental experiences to the organization. Every member of the organization has served individually for almost a decade on decision making positions both in public and private sector organizations. The experiences of working in Afghanistan in the last decade or so have been very enriching. We experienced identification formulation and implementation of projects and programs in various sectors and most importantly the lessons learned of the lead donor projects of WB ADB CIDA UN USAID and the Government. The RCS staff had the opportunity to work for most of the best organizations in the country. Our consultants have been working in various technical areas and have extensive international and the Afghan context experience.
