Over View HistoryFoshang Construction Company was founded in 1993 by the Father MSc. Eng.Nessar Ahmad Salimi and his sons Toofan Yoresh and Noman Salimi. It all began when in 1993-1995 the demand increased for the construction services Residential homes in particular and the company was appointed by UNDP for local constructions in Herat City.In 1995-2000 along with Taliban regime establishment the constructional and rehabilitation works went in to collapse and the company was closed. In 2001 Foshang was the first private construction company who got internet access and the first who started works for the foreign donors and was expanded in to general construction building Schools residential Buildings for the foreigners Rehabilitation of headquarter for German police and Private houses in the different areas of the Country.Meanwhile Rehabilitation took place for the big Loya Jirga for the government of Afghanistan and it was finished within 6 weeks which was a great achievement for the company due to efficient manner for completing the project thus the American ambassador Mr Zulmay Khalil Zad and special representative of united nation agency Mr.Rakhger Ibrahimi appreciated companys work and an appreciation award certificate was issued by GIZ.
