ATO is a Non Governmental and Non political organization which is established in 2008 with 10000 dollars for the beginning of organization.ATO has applied for registration with the Government of Afghanistan.ATO is proud of having well organized management system Design of Building Estimation of the Building and Development of community qualified administrative. ATO has experienced engineers for implementation of projects. ATO has the ability of assessment survey implement the project in different sectors trainings in Education Sectors Vocational Handicrafts Medical Aid and etc.ATO is partner of DAI Kabul PaktiaKhostLogar and Jalal Abad and has been implemented many projects in deferent sections such asAgricultureVocationl training and Education section ATO has Installed 25 green houses in 5 districts of Khost province in 2009 and trained 150 men and women trainees in this sectionATO has the same project in Paktia and installed 15 green houses in three districts of paktia province and trained 150 men and women trainees in agriculture program and animal husbandry training ATO trained 48 trainees in carpentry program in Sayed Karam District and 48 trainees in Ahmad Abad district in carpentry section and also ATO trained 48 trainees in welding section and metal work in Gardez city of paktia province TO also trained 90 Trainees in Logar province in Tinsmith and Carpentry In education section ATO trained 20 Female trainees of DoWA in Logra Province for 4 months the mention all project has been funded by DAI Kabul and Paktia And implemented by ATO organization in 2009.ATO has a proper reporting system and is able to prepare financial report monthly activity reports and narrative report and monitor the project at the project area for donors.
