The main object is to participate in the rehabilitation and construction process of Afghanistan to secure the operation of relief and rehabilitation activities in Afghanistan through direct cooperation with the government and donors. SAB has enough qualified technical experienced staff who will implement the projects with internationally accepted standards and norms.SAB under the government license due to having qualified staff tools and equipments and machinery they succeed to get license No D-39068 which was approved by the ministry of mine and industry through AISA.To cater to the needs of our people in terms of Reconstruction and Rehabilitation we have a team of well-experience staff. Our team is backed with extensive knowledge in development and Reconstruction operation all over the country.The director of SAB is Eng. Niamatullah Ahmadzai who has got his B. Sc. degree in Civil engineering from Nangarhar University in 2008.The director has about three years experience in the said field and has worked with many organizations in the past. The director has adequate ability of leading directing controlling and managing all SAB related activities in the field as well as in the office.Our staff has been involved in reconstruction and development activities in various sectors i.e. Road Construction Building Construction Water irrigation Construction and Sanitation Support.Therefore we are kindly requesting you to consider our capability and implementation capacity and hope to give an opportunity of working with you to serve the neediest ones in this country.

To implement and conduct such rehabilitation and rebuilding activities SAB developed a network of qualified and devoted engineers with diverse experiences and a dynamic team of other skill and unskilled stafflabors. Beside SAB has strong and solid base of light and heavy-duty tolls and equipments related to construction projects a well developed office and offices equipments. On the basis of such a background SAB is able to offer its services proudly in the fields of surveying designing planning and implementing of all kinds of rehabilitation construction and reconstruction projects. As an Afghan construction company SAB also aims to assist and help the Afghan government in all humanitarian and relief activities aimed to help the vulnerable people and families across the country. Afghanistan has suffered the two and half decades of devastation war. Thats why the people of Afghanistan need a lot of rehabilitation welfare and relief assistance.
