Reconstruction Service for Afghanistan RSA is non-governmental non-political and not for profit Afghan Organization. RSA was established in 1994 by a group of Afghans of various origins and skills to rehabilitate the local infrastructure enhancer the overall level of self-sufficiency Democracy progression Human Rights expansion Women empowerment improving the health of people in the region increasing educational opportunities and building the local capacity to identify problems and implement solutions independently. Since 1997 RSA has been designing projects organized for vulnerable women men and children producing different types of items in order to build skill among most vulnerable population around the country. In 2004 RSA carried out civic education campaign for Presidential and parliamentary elections in 18 districts of Ghazni Province. Despite the challenges and constraints RSA successfully accomplished the programme that evaluated by UNAMA as best work among other partners hiring 65 Women employees Campaigners for the project. RSA acquired vast experience working with community and mobilizing community. Our good knowledge about the target communities and close working and planning with different ethnic groups in every parts of the country enable us to complete various successful projects rehabilitating the country not just as physically mainly psychologically as well. RSA is consisting of professional dynamic group of people of both females and males with different background of education and ethnicity.
