HRDA BACKGROUNDHRDA is a non-governmental non-political and non for profit humanitarian organization. With the passage of time the key management of association observed that we can increase the level of input and can serve the communities in remote areas of Afghanistan which deserve more of their attention and help. HRDA since its inception has continuously expanded its services and now its team is ready to work in different parts of the country especially in its focused regions i.e. South South West Central Northern and Eastern Afghanistan.HRDA as a learning organization since its inception it is continuously developing and upgrading its operational and management capacity to enable the organization to move towards realization of its vision and mission. We believe that if our institution will be strong it will help us in developing a concrete base for our continuous and rapid development. From the very beginning we are trying our best to build our capacity to transfer our knowledge and expertise to other institutions CSOs and GOs through our professional and experienced trainers. For the purpose we included internationally qualified trainers and consultant in our organization which provides us sufficient strength to design and implement training and capacity building project for the different target groups. HRDA EDUCATION AND BASIC LITERACY SERVICES Illiteracy is the basic cause of misfortune of a nation. Afghanistan is one of the world low literacy ratio country. The decades of civil war have neither destroyed the education infrastructure but also take the minds of communities for away from education and research activities. about 39 people of the nations can read Quran or newspapers the remaining 61 people cannot even ready the holy Quran which is the essential part of their religions. People are not only away from the formal education system but also the informal education and madras education system is also too week in the country especially in the remote areas of the provinces.We want to establish a network with the national and international donor agencies and the government Afghanistan where we can reach to far remote areas of Afghanistan where the formal school system does not exist and initiate community based schooling system. The community based schooling system will introduced the students to the formal education system of Afghanistan. VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND INCOME GENERATION SERVICES Economic independency through income generation and vocational training activities is one of the major strategies of HRDA. HRDA Income generation department head is one of the professional trainers in tailoring embroidery and knitting and has a wide experience in implementing vocational projects for poor women.The department is responsible to develop vocational training manuals and get the training implemented through its vocational trainers. We always propose to provide vocational training with a mix of business marketing and microfinance training. The business training enables the vocational trainees to move forward in the vocational business in a sustainable way. We always prefer to develop small business association of vocational trainees as the ultimate benefit of small business association goes to the trainees and the local communities.HRDA is also striving to establish a local technical and vocational institution in a near future with the coordination of government and donor agencies which can enable the trainees to get job in the middle east market. HRDA ADVOCACY SERVICES Our organization is one of the local expert organizations which are working for the Human women and child rights protection. We have a separate department for the right awareness and advocacy headed by the expert and experienced professionals. We have trained staff for the implementation of rights awareness projects and we have ready access to the rights legal experts and trainers Male and Female. We are able to establish a network of right activistsocial volunteers CSOs religious leaders and HRDA have the capacity of implementing the women child rights projects in any region of Afghanistan especially in the northern and eastern region of Afghanistan. We are continuously working with the religious Shuras and local councils and have complete support from the government official local community leader and religious leaders.
