| The Assistance to Building Afghanistan by Developing Enterprise (ABADE) Program is a core vehicle funded by the Agency for International Development (USAID) to support to the Afghan private sector over the 2014 transition process (2013-2016). Implemented by IESC, ABADE is delivering support through three components: 1) Provide sub-awards to Afghan SMEs and other entities; 2) Provide technical assistance focused on capacity building and ensuring the success of the sub-awards; and 3) Provide targeted enterprise-enabling environment support to remove administrative and regulatory barriers. The main objective of this Call for Expressions of Interest is to gain knowledge on entities (individuals, groups, projects etc.) that have a current or planned activity that will create jobs for women in enterprises, promote women in managerial or decision making positions, and enable women to start and manage businesses. for detials please refer to the attachment. |
